Why am I only discovering this park now??? Lived in south east Austin for 18 years. This park is so gorgeous! You see wild life like deer and other critters. It's quiet and has a ton of activities from soccer fields to a large playground with a fence. Definitely coming back!!!

I love the new layout! Lots of shade for these hot 🔥 days. Good sized tee boxes! Great big ol field to get some good drives in before hitting the course. We even saw a few young bucks out there in the middle of the day. Very peaceful.

One of the greenest public spaces in Austin, home to many species of plants and animals. A treat for those who love nature. It is wonderful green belts like these that make Austin one of the nicest cities.

Summary: White tail deer, plenty of parking, some great shade trees and a great playground Details: Located just off the Colorado River, this park has just about everything for the family putting from plenty of room and grass for frisbee or soccer to a playground with large shade trees for kids 2-10. It's a very neat park that us clean and appears to be safe.
