This is a small but pretty park tucked at the back of a residential neighborhood. There are no facilities nor is there a playground; this is just a space for nature, and the dock to fish. Check out the muscadine grape vines and see if you can spot the wild pear tree. If you bring a dog or a kid, be very mindful of where they walk; there is a lot of poison ivy back here and some of it is very close to the trail. (Dogs aren't affected by it, but they can transfer the oil to you.) Unfortunately, some who visit this park really trash it: despite the availability of waste bins, there's always litter and broken glass. Do better, people.

It's a long walk to get to the water. You can fish on the dock or you can fish right on Spruil Ave since it's the same water. I like the fact we didn't have to worry about traffic while fishing.

Just doing some work back there. Place used to be half empty lots. Mostly super hoody housing projects but many new homes have been recently built. Not sure if they are projects or not. The playground I guess is four poles park is just your basic playground with a couple slides and jungle gyms and what not.
