The 9-hole disc golf course makes this place special today. It was also one of the area's popular trolley parks over a century ago.

For what it is, this is a great little course. A little repetitive. If they plant some rhododendron or pines to break up the holes, it would be pretty sweet.

It's a beautiful park. But right now they're putting in a new playground in the lower part of the park. Where it is flat. The rest of the park is on a slope. They have a basketball court. They use to have swing sets; but they are putting the kids area there now. I use to sit by the swings when I got off the bus to go home. You can see another of our city squirrels, busy in the fall collecting acorns for the winter. For there are a lot of Oak and Maple tree's in the park.Very shady in the summer. I'll close for now

Very nice disc golf course, only problem is borders some fenced yards, so quite easy to lose a disc.

Nice local park. Never crowded. Somewhat difficult course on a steep hill with large tree's. Parking is on top of the hill between the rec center and Carrick HS. The city does a great job keeping the grass cut on such a steep incline.
