Went on Saturday to kayak. Nice drop in and take out. Some ducks and geese hanging around this area, so their is a good amount of goose poop. The water isn't clear, lots of algae and only couple feet in spots. A short trip for kayakers. The fish seemed plenty with a lot of people fishing. No one on the beach side even though it was almost 90 out. Wish the water quality was better.

Great place to relax and get away from it all. Nice trails. Awesome kayak ramp so you don't even have to get your feet wet. Loved the wildlife and the fishing isn't too shabby either. Lots of moss in June/July.
