The park is located across the street from a police station do I feel safe. I love the 1.1 mile walking trail especially because dogs are required to be on a leash! They have multiple kids playground areas, exercise equipment stops and bbq grills along the path. There is a bathroom on site, a rental hall and a massive steep hill for sledding during the winter (at your own risk)! I love this big park!

Such a nice place that’s dog friendly! Talking a walk around the pond and enjoying the view is so relaxing. Never too congested. Parking is simple. No entry fee or neighborhood fee like millennium. Volleyball and picnic tables available. Docks to enjoy the water views

Why put 4 tennis courts when there were 2 basketball courts which was the primary reason people came to this park when the tennies courts were already barely used ? It just doesn’t make sense now there’ll be more people waiting to play basketball games meanwhile the tennis courts will be empty , not a smart idea

Very busy today because of the nice weather. My kid loves it here and there is so much space away from the playground. You can play basketball, walk, possibilities are endless.

Whoever decides whether or not to play should be thanked for service and asked to resign. They started a 20 minute field cleanup process 15 minutes before scheduled start time and didn't delay the game. The mound was surrounded by puddles. Their answer was to throw more diamond dust, NOT diamond dry, on the puddles and then rake it around and make mud pies. Having coached baseball at the High School (@ Godwin Heights) and Collegiate Levels, I can honestly say I was being truthful and honest when I said we shouldn't play the game tonight. Sadly, not only did the Pinery Park team get mercied, but since we played the game, one of their players sustained what looked like a serious leg injury because she caught her cleat sliding into one of the mud pies.
