This calm and peaceful place has family and fun all wrapped into one. For a fair price you can stay a night or stay a week. The surrounding treeline provides ample shade for relaxation, and the camp spots are cleaned and well maintained. This is a great spot to end a float trip as there's a great boat dock area. A nice spot to take a Dip and as the water goes most of the way around the area its a pleasure to swim all over. There is a 9 hole disc golf course that's got a short enough play for a solid practice game. A horse shoe pit also provides more family game fun, and the kids park also allows a safe place for children to have fun.

Had to stop just for the name alone. Nice place, except the restrooms were so filthy they couldnt be used.

Fine for an overnight for us. Great place for families with kids: two playgrounds, frisbee golf, sand volleyball court, etc. Variety of sizes of sites, mostly back in. Level with tables and fire rings. Numerous sweet smelling pit toilets that were stocked. Reservable group pavilions but sites are first come first serve; $10/night or 5 nights/$40 with a maximum stay of 5 night in a thirty day period. We were there midweek in July and they’re about 60% full. There is a river or lake on the east edge. We did not check it out.
