Played Grand reserve yesterday 9/21/24. Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly. All the positive stops with that. We have had a lot of rain fall over the past few weeks. That being said, I am experienced in what happens to golf courses in FL, in the summer. Because I have worked on courses in FL. The condition of the course is not all because of rain. The greens are HORRIBLE! Every green has fungus! The greens are not playable at all! They are not being treated and have not been treated for months! Despite not being able to mow because of the rain, it is very evident that the owners are not taking care of this golf course. Oh, but are still charging what is the most expensive green fee in Palm coast. I have played this course for many years, so this is not based on my first play on this course. For the owners to be charging a premium green fee, for what you will see on this course, is a travesty! They know it and don't seem to care in the least. I will not being playing this course ever again and will be spreading the news to all that will listen! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY PLAYING THERE!

The fairways and greens are in decent condition but if you're 1 yard off the fairway you'll never find your ball again. It would be a much more enjoyable game for this high handicapper if the rough was a little shorter

Nice track but rough is in horrible shape... many holes 2' high... Slots down play considerably as players hunt for balls... Was told that they only have one lawn mower. I knew this course was light on amenities but apparently also cannot afford equipment. Here's a typical area of rough - right on the edge of a fairway.

Grand Reserve is a fun golf course to play. Most holes are very forgiving, with lots of room for errant shots to the safe side of a hole. Fairway grass and greens are starting to come into their own with local rains. Putting green (please do), and range available for warm up. Bar and lite fare available; staff very friendly. Pricing competitive.

Played twice recently on this nice public course with friendly folks. Avoid Wednesdays since it's seniors day and play grinds to a halt on every hole.
