Decent spot down here to get away from city life for a bit.. all par 3s ... 9 tee boxes and two baskets for each tee... 1 basket is for the first 9 and another basket is for the second 9 ... fun for sinking some birdies!

The place looks great, they're in the process of picking up all the leaves that dropped. Holes 2, 3, and 4 (11,12&13) are removed. But still the nicest little course and park in Sacramento.

My favorite course in Sacramento. Easy if you only want to play nine holes but equipped with a full eighteen. It is well kept and has lots of shade, plus it's just a really pretty course.

A really fun and interesting course. Once you walk through the portal into the forest, it's like a different world. As is the case for most courses, the other people are very nice. Much more interesting than a normal park course.

Probably one of my favorite courses in Sacramento. It is an 18 hole course now, and has been for a couple of years now, with half of the holes in a tree covered area, that can keep things a little cooler, especially on a 105+ degree day like today. The group that takes care of this course does a great job and have been adding new hole placements to mix things up, and clearing out some of the disc eating underbrush. In winter time this course gets almost unplayable due to the standing water, the park does not drain well, as it was built on a former lake. Update: They have removed baskets for 2-4 until? The section from #1-2 is just mud and standing water. On the walk from 2-3 there is poison oak growing alongside the path and encroaching. It's as if they have given up on this park, even in the dry parts the lawn hasn't been mowed very disappointing Update: 5 Star All baskets have been replaced. The ground is drying out, and they have mowed. The park and course are all looking good. Poison oak is still out there on the path between 2 & 3.
